Humber Authorities Calibration Test CentreBrudenell Way Hull HU6 9DX Tel: 01482803144 The centre evolved from the need of the trading standards departments of the former Humberside County Council to provide up-to-date calibrations for its trading standards officers. At the same time there was a growing demand from local industry for traceable calibrations for ISO 9000. This was recognised by the European Regional Development Fund and a grant of £360,000 was made to enable state-of-the-art equipment to provide calibrations to small to medium enterprises.
